HI to everyone in the Group,

I have been having Anxiety Disorder for many years now.

When it first started, it was the many Fears and Panics, with
lots of different Symptoms.
However, I was able to get over this by learning that the Symptoms
do not mean that these things will happen.
So for many years I have been coping well.

I have also trained in the many different subjects,
and been able to help others.

However, now that I'm older, and had lots of stress problems,
the Symptoms have changed into Muscle Tensions,
And some Days, I can hardley move because the Muscles
are SO painfull, this week has been terrible.

I surpose, because of the Tensions and more work, this has now
caused the exsessive Muscle Tensions.

My Husband has had to dress me, I could not cope with the
simple movements, even of light housework.

This has made the Problems much worse, feel like this is
going on for ever, and because my Husband does not really understand
these type of things, I feel as though I'm putting on him now.

What I really need now , is to ask you good people some thing,
to reassure me regards these feelings.

I would like to know if you have experienced this Muscle Tension,
like this, where the pain is terrible, and hurting even when trying to
do the simple things, and how do you cope with the Symptoms ?

Thanks for reading this.

Happy New Year to every one in this Group.

Love,

Penny,

I have experienced muscle tension/aches and twitches but never to the extent that you seem to be describing, however everyone is different, i would suggest though that you go and see your doctor just to rule out some simple underlying condition that could explain your problem, as meg and nicola frequently say once you have been checked over by your doc then we know its purely anxiety we can help you through it and give you better advice. :D

I just want my life back

Hiya Penny

Its not usual anxiety to have such restrictive and debilitating all over muscle pains so if you haven't seen your doctor please do.

Meanwhile , if you're not on a supportive Vit B supplement or fish oils you might to give them a whirl as they can help.

Your anxiety is the human representation of the pictures that you paint using your many vivid colours of revolving and reoccurring thoughts.
How big is your gallery ?

Hi Penny

Glad you managed to get back on ok.

This doesn't sound entirely like anxiety etc to me - not if it is that debilitating but that is just my opinion.

I would get it checked out to give you peace of mind.
