After my terrible night last night I was thinking......if I suffer from horrible intrusive thoughts, not about anything specific but being scared about hurting people, does that mean I have also got a form of OCD or can the thoughts be caused by anxiety.

I thought that OCD involved a repetitive behaviour but I read that it can be just the thoughts and it scares me to think that I might have it and not know.

Does anyone have any experience of this?

Your anxiety is the human representation of the pictures that you paint using your many vivid colours of revolving and reoccurring thoughts.
