hi could anyone tell me if there pelvis and everything down there aches the day after having sex i have ibs and my pelvic floor muscles arent great im wandering if anyone else has the same problem

I notice the same thing the morning after I have sex as well, kind of like my lower pelvis is a little tender or achy.

I have also noticed this the day afterwards. the lower of my stomach really aches and feels quite heavy and it sometimes aches when I wee too.....hot water bottle usually sorts me out.
