hello folks! anybody else get a weird feeling as if they dont recognise their friends and family which tends to have you thinking you have dementia or strokes? just been worrying recently that ****ing has caused little strokes and at the same time telling myself that this is crap. thats harmless, but when ye get the weird feelings ive described it does make ye feel as if ye may have done something to your brain...it is scary and is probably yet another trick your brain plays on you...even when you appear relaxed it must be that the mind will sort itself out with rest ....id appreciate it if anyone can relate to this because although scary it would help if anyone else has had this too
