Good meditation dvds/cds?

Hello!! :)

I started Yoga and meditation last year and felt it was really helpful, especially the meditation side of things.

I am no longer a member of my gym so would like to buy a dvd or cd that i could use at home.

Can anyone recommend a dvd or cd they found really good?

hi :)

i found "mindfulness for beginners" by jon kabat zinn to be really good. the first cd talks alot about mindfulness and the second has some guided meditations. :)
