Im maria 28yr old married had anxiety and panic problems for a while now. I hate having these problems but its nice to talk to others that understand.
my main problems are anxiety feeling like i cant breathe properly or swallow palpitations chest pains all the usual symptoms. My most recent was in a resteraunt i was eating and suddenly felt likr I couldnt swallow and thought i was going to choke on it this is my newest symptom. Absolutely dread eating in front of anyone now because of this,
