i am panicing please help

hello all again

i just notice on my belly a bit of mole like bit like a flakey bit of skin standing up thats red. and next to it like few like pin holes that look like blood pins
are these blood spots or petechia spots

ok, whatever it is, you're not going to die from it. just calm down. if you can, show someone it in real life, and together you can work out what it is.
don't rely on the internet for finding out what it is - there's mostly extreme cases on the internet, it's more likely to scare you than anything.
if it really hurts or if it's come up completely suddenly and severely, call a doctor. good luck!

it the first time i notice it this week. but ill not say its a severely thing as its only one spot. just have had this fear of leukemia(after google it) for like the last 10 days

Is it like a skin tag that is blood filled? If so I have loads and they are harmless

sounds like it could be a cherry angioma, completely benign.
