i no it sounds over dramatic but somtimes i feel like depression is a monster...it always seems to be waiting in the dark ready to swollow you up, and its scary.
when im feeling good it almost feels like im just waiting for somthing to mess it up and pull me back into the darkness...

and its been bothering me for a while now so i though i would just have a little moan on here about it x

Well Winston Churchill used to call it a "black dog who followed him around", so yes, you could describe it as a monster. So no, you are not being dramatic, you are describing it exactly. Always remember though that if it gets too bad then you can get help. Don't let it spoil your life as you don't deserve it.
