Hi i have just been given the drug Sotalol to replace Propanalol as this makes me Brachycardic. My dr told me only to take it the week before menstruation as my palps get very bad at this time. When i read the leaflet and looked at info on line it says to take regularly and that you need close monitoring the first few days you take them. My dr has just left me to it. Has anyone else got experience of this drug please.
