hi guys
this is a bit of a wierd post - it is really just a message of my determination.
From tomorrow i start my CBT- im am determined to beat my health anxiety problem so basically im going to start treatment tomorrow and not come back on this forum for a year then post what has happend.
weird i know but hopefully will be a better person (have better quality of life for it)!
