I bought this a few months back but have not tried it. I am feeling pretty desperate and will try just about anything.
Today my heart has been thudding like crazy and I am so, so dizzy all of the time. I have already bought this below but now I wonder if I should try or is it just another pipe dream and have I wasted my money.
