blocked nose for weeks

Really cant cope now! my nose has been blocked and runny for about 3 weeks :-(( I use to control my anxiety by breathing through my nose 5 times and out through my mouth 5 times, But I cant and im panicking all the time how do you control your breathing with out using your nose!! I feel on the verge off a massive panic attack :-(
