Hi Sal,

I have had this symptom before, yes it is a normal for anxiety sufferers.

There are lots of threads like this, Oh I do wish I new how to put links in :(

Sometimes mine would feel tingly, other time's I would say it felt like spiders crawling all over my head and anotheR time it felt like what I call a rush.

Try not to worry Sal, it will go

You take care.

To put a link in you need to find the post you are thinking of and copy the URL (the website address that is shown in the address bar on the browser) and just paste it into your reply.

Use cntrl c to copy and cntrl v to paste.

Hope that helps.

Your anxiety is the human representation of the pictures that you paint using your many vivid colours of revolving and reoccurring thoughts.
