What do you do to distract yourself from HA ?

Personally, I can sit on Modern Warfare 2 for hours and by the time i'm off, I forget all about my fears.

Til I log back online.

I get up and do something that I have been putting off that I really don't want to do ..Burn the trash,wash some clothes.. clean the garage..etc.. works for me

I go for a walk, makes me feel a but more in control

Distract well i wish it was easy said then done.Music and a good walk are the only things for me.

I watch trashy reality TV when my HA gets really bad...its my gulity pleasure! :)
