View Full Version : Introducing myself
Hello everyone,
Nice to be here, and to have found this place. It is a great relief to know there are people who understand what anxiety/depression feel like.
I have been living with depression for 12 years, some days are a lot better than others, same with anxiety.
I would like to 'lurk' for a while :-) and have a read until I feel a bit more confident about joining in, or I have anything to say which might help someone else.
Just really glad to be here, looks like a very supportive, friendly forum.

It is not easy to find happiness in ourselves, and it is not possible to find it elsewhere.

Your anxiety is the human representation of the pictures that you paint using your many vivid colours of revolving and reoccurring thoughts.
