dizzy sensation

hi all can anyone tell me if they have ever experienced this before i was watching TV and i got a sensation of like a dizziness or something for a second as soon as i noticed this i started to get hot think that may have been my panic starting to kick in its like i was wearing say my reading glasses trying to walk around u get a weird focus latter i noticed i was trying to breath really fast but i was breathing through my nose when i try to analyze it i kind of feel scared and i feel a bit like dizzy

Hi melvin I get that sensation alot, sometimes whilst at work, for a split second I feel like I am going dizzy then a hot sensation spreads but I honestly think that is my panic kicking in. As usual mate if you have not been then maybe go to docs (just for your own piece of mind!!) just to get the reassurance, I did and felt much better. But I am sure it's a classic old anxiety blip,
