I keep fearing that I will lose control and go insane. I keep worrying that i'll hear voices and hallucinate. My mind keeps aniticipating what's going to happen next for example i'll speak to someone and my mind will anticipate what word they'll say next before they'll say it and it makes me think im going crazy.
I'm scared because i think that its possible for me to go hallucinate at any moment and it worries me :(
