Sore Throat and Leukemia - Crazy

I have had a sore throat on and off for about two weeks, I tend to have problem with my sinus and have been having some drainage, but a co-worker of mine has a sister who has leukemia and he said she went to the dr. because she had a sore throat that wouldn't go away. Can you give yourself or make a sore throat worse from anxiety or from swallowing to much because your so hyper conscious of your throat. I always think I have cancer and it's so frustrating!!

Hi. I myself have had a sore throat for about a year non stop. Iv made many trips to the doctors with concerns of throat cancer and many other cancers to. Having a sore throat is very common in anxciety. If you have leukemia with a sore throat for 2 weeks then id dread to think what mine would be after a year of it. You get my point though hun? Try not worry yourself it is your anxciety xx
