I quit both Prozac and Xanax 6 months ago.
I tapered down both taking three months.
I was on both for 7 years. The Prozac was 20mg for the first two years, then 40mg for 5 years. I was on an average of 2mg of Xanax daily.
Strange how I feel I just hit the hard bit of quitting. Getting physical symptoms.
The first few months were a piece of cake.
Anyone out there on a similar boat as mine?
