pain in my back and ribs HELP!!!!

i have really bad pain under m ribs i think its cancer. im so freaked out. and i also feel weak like im going to faint =(

I suffer from rib pain, I have had it checked and been examined a few times, and its muscular skeletal for me.

I have poor posture which in turn has messed up by back area.
