Your anxiety is the human representation of the pictures that you paint using your many vivid colours of revolving and reoccurring thoughts.
How big is your gallery ?

You will not go insane from a phobia, I don't think anyone ever has.
You may become a little eccentric, and maybe become a hermit. But not insane.
I have Agateophobia too, which sucks.
Sucks sooo bad.
But this site is helping. It calms me down a lot.
I sometimes feel like it's making me crazy and I'm getting all detached. But it's just a symptom. You just have to remind yourself that your brain is being stupid and trying to do something helpful that isn't really helping at all.
It's a stress response, it's your brain telling you, "Yeah, it's scary. You should obsess or run away to survive."
It's annoying.
Hope you find some support here, I'm pretty sure you will.
