Hi everyone, i have been housebound for 13 years,since the age of 18 (there goes my age:D).I have Agoraphobia and social phobia which roughly started at the same time, give or take a year or 2.I take each day as it comes and i strive to overcome my situation,i haven't yet but i will:yesyes:.
