New to site

Hi im lorraine. Im married with two children. I have suffered with anxiety since a child, since my dad died in 2009 have suffered panic attacks with all horrible symtoms. so glad found this site.

Welcome to nmp. So sorry to hear about your dad. It's so common for people to suffer from anxiety after the loss of their parent. It's such a traumatic event. You'll get lots of support from this site. You are not alone.
