Type A Maniacal Anxiety Ridden Newbie!

Newbie here!

I've suffered from aniety for years. And I mean YEARS. I've taken Benzos for so long they no

longer affect me at therapeutic dosages. I was up to 8mg of XANAX a day. Now I am on 3mg of

Clonazepam daily to help ween off the Xanax. It's a viscous process.

I'm type a personality by nature which doesn't help!

I'm trying to get back into meditation and regular exercise but the XANAX withdrawal is brutal.

Something I have to overcome physically and psychologically.

Anyway, I'm here to get other peoples perspective and what they have gone through and done about

it.
