hi everyone had another bad night last night had horrible heaviness in middle of my chest worse when i breathe out .its like a spasm also its worse when i lie down.it comes on e few seconds after i breathe out.my partner says it sounds like acid reflux or muscular.its horrid feeling.had all tests on heart and lungs few weeks ago for other probs and they were fine.can anyone relate to these symptoms or give some advice i dont want it to ruin my day.thanks to you all marcia xxxx

I used to get all sorts of funny chest symptoms that came to nothing. Try not to pay any attention at all to it, easier said than done, I know!

I can't give any advice but I wish you the best. I know how frightening it can be, I've had lots of chest sensations that scared me but turned out to be nothing.
