Hi ykcd, I feel like that sometimes because it's just so tiring, mentally and physically, living with anxiety. I just keep on telling myself that I will feel better at some time in the future and take it one day at a time, sometimes an hour at a time.

I wasn't myself at all when posting that, having some kind of "episode"..

Not 100% sure what's wrong with me as i haven't been diagosed, maybe i'll make a post about my symptoms in future. :)

Seems like a really nice place though. :D
