Numb Cheek/Full Ear

Hi guys,

I have a numb left cheek on an off for months along with full ear on left side. I am awaiting an MRI scan, but I'm wondering if this could be TMJ or some other kind of neck-related issue. I'm worried about all the biggies like stroke, Bell's Palsy etc etc. I'm also really dizzy and anxious.

Please let me know if you have experienced or are experiencing similar?

i would think its your ear causing your dizzy feeling as it affects your balance

I have had face numbness and tingling,found out I have a pinched nerve in the back of my neck,the doc said this could be the problem........yeh right, so have to see neuro doc,I also have ear problems,hubby calls it selective deafness........lol.:)
