Getting worked up, chest pains

I keep getting worked up..since last night I've just felt all moody and today the dog next door is barking for hours on end and driving me bonkers. My chest is just aching with pains feel I'll go crazy or pass out.. :weep:

I am sure the chest pains are nothing to worry about, I get them when I am really stressed.

I know how you feel about dogs barking....we have loads where I live. It's so bloody annoying!!!
