Hello every1 my name is stu im trying to learn asmuch as i can about anxiety coz i would like to try my hardest to help my friend. I haven't known her long and i didnt have a clue what she gos though in everyday life:weep: Till she sent me some links for me to read it must be very hard for all of you and i do sympathise. I dont see her as much as id like to so when i do see her i wanna make it the happiest time of her life so if any 1 can give me some pointers or would like to chat then please do. I have already lost her 1s though me gettin angry and moody and i never wanna loose her again :(
