shooting pains in throat and ears

Hi, sometimes I get shooting pains through my throat into my ears. It can be both sides or one side. Not all the time just a few times a day, somedays not at all. I do feel at times that I clench my jaw when anxtious, can this be it? Gp not worried or so it seems:weep: But I am

Hi I think I know what you are talking about. I tend to be a teeth grinder or jaw clencher especially at night and I often wake with those feelings in my neck not sure what it is but I have had it for years.
