Ever since my tonsels puffed up last year i had this huge feeling of not being able to breathe, and ever since then i always feel like my chest is tight cuz whenver i think about not being able to breathe i panic...
but the whole time it was anxiety. But anyway, I always get this tightness of my chest....and like my heart is always pumping too fast...
or like my throat is too small. Does anyone get this?
I feel like i never breathe normally...but when i dont think about it i dont notice...ahah.

I then this summer got in a drowning accident were i died and like came back it was scary and that made me claustrophobic...and scared of everything!!! I cant even go on meds right now for another month.

Diagnosis:
Bipolar II/Depression
Panic Disorder
Claustrophobic
Obsessive Compulsive
Post Traumatic Stress Disorder

i was the same way with heights. when i would go up on something really tall, i would get a verdigo feeling and then when i was laying in my bed later i would still feel the same. just try to convince yourself that nothing is going to happen.
