Anxiety worries this week

Just thought id share my worries and what im panicing about this week:

My son starting school in september
Someone kidknapping my children
Death
Cancer
My car breaking down in the middle of the road and everyone looking at me
walking to my car from my front door
going to the shops
people knocking at my door
heart attack
my partner having an affair
This is all 24/7

Yes i can

I know where you are coming from with starting school I am panicing about my youngest starting school in Sept but am also panicing about my eldest starting secondry school in 2 years. I also worry about losing my children or my children losing me. This I have 24/7 to, you are not alone.
