It certainly can be a pain in the butt .:mad:.It makes you feel even worse when it goes on and on ..I dont know if you are on Medication or what you have tried but there are things you can take to help you relax .If you dont want drugs try some Herbal remedies ..Relaxation before bed is one of the most natural ways of slowing down the mind ..Let us know what you have tried and describe a typical evening and I will try to give you some more advice on this ...Sue

i watch tv in bed till i fall asleep it works for me

i stay on the computer till i feel really tired ckant seem to watch tele for long i cant
concentrate good luck with it tho and i hope u soon get the well,deserved sleep u need:)

I agree with the watching tv in bed. I always fall asleep doing this. But my son and husband have both tried Kalms Nite and they think they are good. Only problem is that they make you have really vivid dreams.

It takes some persaverance and I'm still waking up about 4 times a night but I usually go straight back to sleep. Also, try imagining something that you find comforting, like a place you went on holiday or something and just let thoughts come and go.
