bumps

hi guys..
wondering if anyone has an answer..
I,ve been proding about my right hand side of my tummy n found some bumps amongst or under my fat..they're a bit nippy but nothing serious..
if i remember i had these before and they went away by themselfs and doc said they were harmless. just wondering if anyoone else experiences anything like this..
I also suffer from severe anxiety and they seem to flare up worse then i,m feeling stressed and tired..
they don't annoy me but as a health anxiety sufferrer as you can imagine i'm thinking the worst already.
seen doc last week also for a pulling thing in between the top of my leg and body which sends a pain right down my leg.
anyone else experienced this..??????
any help appreciated...
