Funny heart feelings?

Hello all
well its back like jumpy feelings in my heart ,butterflys and tickling not sure whats going on dnt like it ,im on beta blockers 2.5mg and they had been working an slowing my heart but tonight seems like its speeding up ? i checked my heart which i hate an it was 70 but darednt check it when i feel it speeding wud make me freak out even more an panic/been on the beta blockers 2wks now maybe they need uping the dose ?? not sure but any tips on how to cope with them or ignore them i ave had my mp3 player on all day so i dnt listen to my heart beating so crazy but scarey !!

I get these all the time and it drives me mad!! I keep telling myself they wont hurt me and that evetually works. xx
