having really bad problems with sleep at the moment having posted recently about another problems that gone now got another one!!!! hope not driving people made with similar questions.
As i am trying to go off to sleep I get a tight feeling in my chest that rises it makes me feel bit sick sometimes. Dont get at tall during the day.
anybody else experienced this? Its making me freak out.
