air coming up to chest

does anybody get when they twist from side to side like their doing the twist dance air rising up to their throat. have been to drs about this he said its normal but nobody else seems to get it as much as me.

Hey hun what u mean air like the feelin of air like inside ur chest ? I get a lot of funny feelings inside my chest from panic sn anxiety so wouldn't suprise me anxiety messes with the adenaline an can cause lots of pyschical symptoms take a look at symptoms page love c x

thanks for your reply. I noticed this when I was doing an aerobics class. As I twist my body from side to side it forces air up to my throat. I stood and showed by doctor and he said as your body is twisting round it forces air up your wind pipe from lungs. I never noticed it before I went to this class. Really scared me thought I had a whole in my windpipe and air was escaping!!!!!! dr. said definately not would of collasped. Completely normal body function. he actually laughed. Im still not convinced though.
