hello everyone, suffered with anxiety/panic attacks for a couple of years (hypochondriac since i can remember), i remember it starting after a night out when trying to sleep i was very aware of my heart beat and started thinking i was going to have a heart attack. i usually get the attacks the day after drinking but have also had them out of the blue even in work.
reading through other posts its good to know im not the only one whos going through it, sometimes i think im going nuts and it helps reading what other people have written.
