I tried this method today in 3 shops!
I felt the terror coming on and took my big breath and held it for 3 seconds then let it out for 3 seconds, then I repeated it
and it worked!
Its going to take alot of practise but well worth it , I kept telling myself in the shop when i got the horrible sensations "oh you are causing this yourself and you can stop it".
It was so nice to feel in control and the more i did it my confidence grew........in the end i was cracking jokes with the shop assistant
(I cant belive it).
