I came across this site which explains very well what happens to our body when we panic, it explains how our breathing causes all our symptoms and how we can stop it!

I tried this method today in 3 shops!
I felt the terror coming on and took my big breath and held it for 3 seconds then let it out for 3 seconds, then I repeated it
and it worked!

Its going to take alot of practise but well worth it , I kept telling myself in the shop when i got the horrible sensations "oh you are causing this yourself and you can stop it".

It was so nice to feel in control and the more i did it my confidence grew........in the end i was cracking jokes with the shop assistant
(I cant belive it).
