mucus in diarrhea

i got diarrhea today, well since i come home from the pub. i had a pint that didnt taste right so not felt so good. since i been home i been to toilet 3 time there was bits of mucus in it, is this normal, i don't want to google.

I can only say I have had this on several occassions and I am ok:) If I remember rightly, it means that 'waste matter' has come from higher in the bowel due to an upset tum.
Honestly, I have had it a few times.

Well, that's not very pleasant but I don't think it's serious, no.

your gut normally produces mucus during digestion, you dont notice it beacause you body reabsorbs a lot of the liquids in your poo before you actually pass it. If you've had a bad pint and it has given you the runs then its just your body getting rid, just drink plenty of water as your body isnt reabsorbing as much of the fluid as it normally does. You will be fine just keep well hydrated until the symptoms pass.
