I suffer from anxiety,panic attack sometimes a bit sad.
This was cause by overtraining, also alcohol and tobacco had
sth to do with this for sure.
I was informed that I could improve my current condition by taking the following vitamins:
complex B, Omega Fish Oils, Calcium, Vitamin C.
Can anyone advise if there are any other vitamins I should consider taking or that
list is pretty complete?
Is there anything else herbal of course that I can take to streanghen my system again?

Its deemed beneficial to take magnesium and calcium together especially if you're having palpitations. Try a month of it but usually no need for this long term if you're eating right.
