shakey heart

went to bed last night laying there trying to go to sleep when my heart started to beat fast but it felt almost like a shake in my heart. My chest felt full and bloated. Finally got to sleep about 2.00am. My heart feels fine now but my chest still feels bloated and full. anyone else get this? I seem to get alot of things at night before sleeping or during sleep.

Hi, it could just be a panic attack or something like that, but it might be indigestion, trapped wind or acid reflux, nothing to worry about :)

thanks for your reply. have not had it anymore. I was dreading going to bed the following night but all ok thank goodness!!!!
