Hi All
I have not been here a while i have been doing really well with my HA and IBS and everything
Since yesterday though i have had a weird head sensation the bridge of my nose feels tight my ears feels stiff is the only word i can think of to describe it and my forehead feels tight i have had this before i may have even posted on here about it but i am worried i have a tumor growing or something :ohmy:
it also feels worse when i have been out in the cold any ideas guys?
