i googled. i know i shouldnt. but ive been gettin pressure/a weird sensation in my nose. i googled it and it said i have hypertention. which would make sense cuz my bp is up neally all of the time when i go to the docs.. theyve never said i have it though, just mensioned it. but get headaches as well. i have one now. and it said on google it causes heart failer and stuff. so i had a look at symptoms and it said chest pains, indigestion. and palpertations. which is what i get. so im really worried now. dunno what to do cuz ive always thought them symptoms was anxiety but now ive read that im really worried. please help :weep:

Do you grind your teeth with anxiety? This can cause that sensation.

not that i know of. but feeling breathless and abit sick as well now
