Newbie me

Hi there...well, I have had anxiety and the occasional good dose of depression over the years..have been gr8 for ages - but my job has turned to custard recently and stress has set in and lo and behold 'panic and anxiety' has returned..am trying very hard to settle this and let it float by - but hey it's never a simple process - and the negative chatter is 'loud'..sheesh:blush:
