Well, i have weird sensations in my head most of the time....which make me panic like mad...am sure u can guess the rest....:blush:

Welcome to nmp.

I have the same at the moment, my head feels all heavy and I feel a little spaced out, I sometimes get a shooting pain on the left and right side of my head.

yer having the same thing , pain in back of head tho and foggy, dizzy and spaced out ugh :weep:

I joined today as, last nite my sight went a bit weird and I felt dizzy so, ended up bundling my kids into the car and driving to the hospital walk in centre at like 10 pm. It shut at 8 , so i came home, had a nap and felt fine again. I was sure it was no panic attack , but probably was.
