.....of a biographic nature on Heath Anxiety? I know there are some self help type books but I think it would be interesting to read someone elses experience of this affliction and how it was overcome.

Hi, a friend of mine at work today gave me a cutting from a magazine that suggested a book, in fact it was their book of the week. It is called 'Overcome Panic and Anxiety' by Linda Manassee Buell, and it says that she suffers with panic disorder and agrophobia and it is a small easy-to-read book with 121 simple and practical tips on getting through this range of problems and that there are no 'pull yourself together' in it. It also says that it is very helpful.

I am going to order it this evening and see how I get on with it. I too have read a few of Claire Weekes books and they also are very good.
