so i have this tight feeling around my throat all morning...and now it feels it has gotten worse today, like i keep swallowing over and over and it doesn't really feel like im swallowing?....it's really strange... am i making this worse for myself? are they my nerves holding on?....has anyone else experienced this, what did you do when it came to eating or anything?
