I was looking on my local hospitals website (as my partner is going to be treated there) and came across this website. I don't know if any have you have been there before but I wasnt aware it existed. I hope this is of some help to people. Clare. xxx

You're right, it is great. It is one of the first sites I came across and is really clear for information.

Just thought I would add a few more I have come across that might be useful...

www.emetophobia.org
This one is a forum. Not half as helpful as this one and a little on the negative side but well worth a look at the 'treatments' section.

www.anxietyandstress.com/sys-tmpl/dealingwithpanic
A more general panic one. All about how to talk yourself out of a panic attack... rather than into one which is what I sometimes do!

www.achternamen.net/emetofobie/supportgroup
Wasn't really sure whether to post this one but you can decide whether you look or not! It's a site with pictures for starting exposure... obviously not pleasant. However, they all have very clear warnings and descriptions on them. These were the ones I used because you get lots of warning and you can choose and build up gradually e.g. start with small pic or black and white.

Hope these are of some use to someone.

Just an update to the link in my last post. The exposure therapy site was taken off the internet for some reason but another one has been created to replace it.

It works in the same way as the one I described above, but the explanations are probably clearer!
